1. What is the Globrite Adapter?

The Globrite Adapter is a 100% silicone adapter designed to allow the installation of a Jandy HydroCool light into a Pentair Globrite niche or Pentair ColorVision Bubbler. It’s the perfect solution for pool owners and professionals looking to upgrade their pool lighting without compatibility issues.

2. What makes this adapter different from others?

Our adapter is made from high-quality silicone that can withstand extreme temperatures (-70°F to 392°F) and harsh pool chemicals like chlorine and muriatic acid. It’s been rigorously tested in over 100 pools across South Florida to ensure a perfect fit and long-lasting performance.

3. Is the adapter easy to install?

Absolutely! The installation process is simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps:

  • Unroll your Jandy HydroCool light.
    Cut off the black gasket (located just past the threads).
  • Stretch the adapter over the lens (ribs facing the correct direction).
  • Remove the old Pentair light and pull the new light into the niche.
  • Gently push the new light into place.
    That’s it—you’re done!

4. Will this adapter work with Pentair Color Vision Bubblers?

Yes! The adapter works with both Pentair Globrite niches and Pentair Color Vision Bubblers. The only difference is that for bubblers, the adapter sits on the threads instead of below them.

5. Is the adapter durable?

Yes! Our adapter is made from 100% silicone, which is resistant to cracking, shrinking, melting, and chemical damage. It’s built to last in even the harshest pool environments.
